The Free plan is fully functional. The only limit is 10 discoveries per day — the quota resets at midnight UTC.
Upgrading to Pro
Click Upgrade to Pro from the Discover page when you hit your daily limit, or from the billing section in your account. You'll be taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.
After payment, your account is upgraded immediately. The discovery limit is removed for the rest of the current day.
Managing your subscription
Go to Account → Billing to access the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:
- View your current plan and billing period.
- Update your payment method.
- Cancel your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until then.
Subscription statuses

active | Subscription is live. Pro features are enabled. |
trialing | You're in a trial period. Pro features are enabled. |
past_due | Payment failed. Update your payment method to restore access. |
canceled | Subscription ended. You're back on the Free plan. |
incomplete | Checkout was started but not completed. |
Billing
GitRadar uses Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are never stored on GitRadar's servers — they're handled entirely by Stripe.
Invoices are sent to the email address on your GitHub account.
